Pfizer China is rewarded as one of China’s Top Employers 2012
As one of the nominated enterprises, Pfizer China was reviewed from various HR areas such as primary benefits, secondary benefits & working conditions, training & development, career opportunities and company culture, followed by professional Human Resources questionnaire and employee One-on-One interview. The whole process is transparent and equitable with high credit, granted by international institutions. All the reviewed items shows that Pfizer China holds a solid leading position in market. The other rewarded enterprises in Pharmaceutical industry are: AstraZeneca, Abbott, Bayer.
CRF was founded in 1991, initiated by academician, journalists, commercial associations, researchers and international bookman to present the best practice of management in Human Resources field. By now, numerous of top 500 MNC and national famous enterprises have been certified by the CRF institute and granted “Top Employer” each year.

The Gender Equality Project
In January 2011, Pfizer and seven other global organizations played a key sponsorship role in the launch of a The Gender Equality Project, a new global certification assessment methodology for gender equality in the workplace.
Top Diversity Council
For the second consecutive year, the Association of Diversity Councils named the U.S-based Diversity & Inclusion council of Pfizer’s Animal Health division one of the Top 25 diversity councils in the United States.
Pfizer Korea and Gender Equality
In April 2011, Pfizer Korea received the Presidential Award for Gender Equality from the Ministry of Employment and Labor and was also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces for gender equality.
